Product Warranty:


At Altus, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them with a comprehensive warranty program. Our product warranty is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and provides you with a number of legal rights in the event that a product is defective or fails to meet the expected standards of quality.


Duration: Our warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect or failure arises during this time, we will repair or replace the product, or offer a full refund, at our discretion.


Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as any failure of the product to perform in accordance with the specifications outlined in our product descriptions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product.


Claims Process: If you believe that a product is defective or has failed to meet the expected standards of quality, please contact us at info@tyhy.com.au. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution in a timely manner.


Proof of Purchase: To make a claim under our warranty, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
