Warehouse Operation Time: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe: Our delivery time frame is typically 2-5 business days for domestic orders. No international orders at this stage. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and location.

Shipping Companies: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Australia Post, Allied Express, and Aramex. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Signature Upon Delivery: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and the package will be held at the nearest pickup location.


Lost or Damaged Deliveries: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
