Assembly instructions are mostly picture-based. Not too bad, some people will struggle a bit while others will find it easy.
An agreeable price very near the bottom of the price range that I saw on other place
Pros:
It arrived quickly, a day before promised. It does what it's supposed to do. So far it seems like fair value for the money.
I'm a 5-foot, 5-inch tall male, and it can be adjusted low enough for me. I think there's still at least one more "size" that it could go down if I wanted.
And when I'm sitting on a chair, I can use it to elevate my recovering-from-surgery foot.
Cons:
Steering is a bit vague, there's significant play between the handlebars and the front wheels. I think this is a consequence of the "easy-to-assemble" design (one tube goes inside the other, and a hand-tightened knob secures a through-bolt to hold the tubes at the right position.
I had crutches from years ago and planned to use them after my foot surgery. I quickly realized I needed something else after nearly falling twice. I ordered it 3/21/24 and it was delivered on 3/22/24 @ 5:30.
Assembly was easy, well made and everything is as advertised. I have to stay off of my foot for 2 weeks and then another 6-8 weeks. It’s worth every penny.
The service was outstanding, with prompt and courteous responses.
The frame feels very secure and stable. Excellent build quality.
