Just had foot surgery. This pillow has been so great for the bed, but you could also use in recliner.
Love these! I use them to help with my shoulder pain. Nice and firm. They do NOT smell. I would say the height is perfect for sleeping or using to elevate your legs. Cover is removable to wash. A great value for your $$.
