Hubby had surgery on his lower leg. I ordered this chair in advance. It was a godsend. He was able to sit on the shower without falling over or having to put weight on his leg during recovery. It's also great for sitting down to shave your legs or intimate areas in the shower, or while waiting for hair dye to set.
We've both used this item many, many times. A sound investment.
I had a hip replacement in February and everyone said to get a shower chair and this one saved me. It's exhausting trying to stand and balance when you are weak after surgery. I am 5 weeks out and while I don't use it every day. It's there when I am wiped out and need a break. Showering while sitting in this chair may be my new jam. It's a good time. Very relaxing.
This chair has been perfect for someone recovering from major surgery and needs a temporary seat. It has been easy to move in and out of the shower and is very sturdy, it is easy to keep clean as it has drains built into the chair. Would highly recommend!

This is the most amazing shower chair! As someone with chronic health issues including pain in my joints and sometimes fainting, this chair makes it so much easier to shower. The rubber feet are super secure in the shower. The size is small enough I can maneuver it easily in the shower too! The height is also adjustable which is perfect for someone short like me or taller like my husband.
