I bought this walker for my grandmother, and she absolutely loves it. It’s lightweight but feels very strong and stable. The wheels roll smoothly, and the skis make it easy to glide on tile or carpet without getting stuck. Adjusting the height was simple, and it folds up nicely to fit in the car. Great quality for the price—highly recommend!
The instruction booklet was not enclosed. When I rang Harvey Norman they said they'd contact the manufacturer. When I asked for it to be emailed, they said it would take 24 to 48 hours. The email arrived five days later. The front latch can't be locked in. The device can't be folded ( even though it was advertised as folding to fit a small suitcase). I don't feel safe using it. My husband is overseas. I have to wait seven more weeks for him to return home. He is an engineer. People shouldn't need an engineer to set it up. I don't use it. I just use a walking stick because I don't trust your walker as is.
Very happy with frame. I got just in time before surgery- knee replacement. Frame is light,very easy for walk inside.
Just what we needed thank you, my only concern is it could be a little sturdier.
I am very pleased with this walker. It was eay to put to together and having the ease of multiple adjustments, and folding is fantastic. I would like to share that several nurses and Doctor's commented how nice this walker was, and a few patients asked where I got it. 🙂
