• Warehouse Operation: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders on weekends/public holidays processed next business day.

• Warehouse Locations: Products ship from our NSW or VIC warehouses, whichever is closer to the customer.

• Delivery Timeframe: 2-5 business days for domestic orders. No international orders.

• Shipping Options: Australia Post, Allied Express, Aramex, Couriers please. Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

• Tracking: Shipment confirmation email with tracking number provided.

• Delivery Address: Ensure correct address; additional costs for incorrect/incomplete information.

• Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature. If unavailable, the package held at the nearest pickup location.

• Lost/Damaged Deliveries: Contact us if order not received within expected timeframe or arrives damaged.
