Decent price for the item. I have not had the best of luck as far as longevity, but I am using for my backup electrice generator, so the battery is infrequently called on duty. I use a trickle charger, but mat be better to use a battery maintainer.

Security system backup battery - works well
I get about 4 years from the unit before the system starts squawking about a low battery. That seems about right for an SLA.

Good secondary battery
I put this battery in my 2012 Silverado as the secondary battery to run my radio gear off from. I used an auto switch kit to hook it up with and so far so good and I don't have to worry about running down my primary battery while using the radio out in the boonies.

Great in a non-conventional way
Had a closet, that was in some serious need of light. Problem was there was no power and none even close without some major wire running. In my case: this was a great power source. Just a small shelf for the battery, a door switch when door is opened or closed and a 12v light. The battery is also rechargeable so makes for a really useful situation
