I had a hip replacement in February and everyone said to get a shower chair and this one saved me. It's exhausting trying to stand and balance when you are weak after surgery. I am 5 weeks out and while I don't use it every day. It's there when I am wiped out and need a break. Showering while sitting in this chair may be my new jam. It's a good time. Very relaxing.
The shower chair is light but fairly sturdy. I like the adjustable legs.
This is a great product for the price
This chair has been perfect for someone recovering from major surgery and needs a temporary seat. It has been easy to move in and out of the shower and is very sturdy, it is easy to keep clean as it has drains built into the chair. Would highly recommend!
A chair like this is really necessary to be safe in the shower. I bought it to use in my shower after total hip replacement. It is the perfect size, sturdy and was not hard to put together even though I was recovering from hip surgery. These chairs make all the difference in being able to cope with old age and shower without falling, reaching your feet, etc.
